Quick inspection method for Inflatable ball bladder air-leakage

2017-12-19

At Qufu Kato , we conduct air-leakage inspection on 100% of our bladders before shipping (24 hours air-leakage inspection). We guarantee our customers with 0.5% defective rate for our products. However, for the very small number of defects that may stay in the production line undetected, we suggest one simple method for you to inspect the bladders air retention, as follows:

One quick method for air-leakage inspection:

When we pack our inflatable  bladders, we deflate & extract all the air from the bladders for easy packing. Upon receipt of our delivery, just right after the bladders are taken out from the cartons, always check the appearance of the bladders first. All bladders should be completely deflated and there should be no air inside the bladders. If any bladder appears to have air inside, it probably has leakage problem.
